Week beginning Monday 8^th March 2010

Monday:

Today in college we made pizza. Andrew’s college was cancelled so Andrew went with Matthew to Johns’ class. Jane and Sarah went to Cathy’s class to do cookery.

Tuesday:

Today the Lions of Zululand came to our school they put on a really big performance. We participated in three different workshops with the Zulus. We learnt about their culture, dancing and singing. Andrew and Matthew went to their work placement to work with Marty in the Spar again today.

Wednesday:

Andrew, Ciaran, David and James went on their DOE walk to Glenarriff Forest Park. Well Done Boys!!!!! Beth attended a Duke of Edinburgh Bronze session to learn how to build her tent. The rest of the class went to Shaw’s Bridge with Alan’s class. In cookery we made Mothers Day Cookies.

Thursday:

Beth and Conall went swimming with Marni. Andrew enjoyed Drama at Bloomfield Collegiate. The rest of the class worked hard on their OCRs and completed some school recycling. After lunch we went to clubs.

Friday:

After assembly Andrew and Ciaran went to BAC. The rest of the class went to the library. We also made some mothers day chocolates to take home. After lunch we had leisure time.
