Welcome to Torbank School, a place where every child is valued, nurtured, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
At Torbank, we are proud to provide a warm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for pupils aged 3 to 19, all of whom have severe learning difficulties or profound and multiple learning difficulties. Many of our pupils also have complex medical needs, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality care, education, and support to meet their individual needs.
Our dedicated team of staff work in partnership with families, health professionals, and the wider community to create a learning experience that is engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each pupil. We celebrate every achievement, no matter how big or small, and strive to help our young people develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Through a range of personalised learning opportunities—both in school and in the community—we aim to equip our pupils with the skills they need for life beyond Torbank. Whether through sensory experiences, communication development, vocational training, or therapeutic support, our goal is to ensure that every child feels valued, included, and empowered to reach their potential.
We are incredibly proud of our school, our pupils, and the strong sense of community that makes Torbank such a special place. Whether you are a parent, carer, or visitor, we invite you to explore our website and learn more about the inspiring work happening here every day.
Thank you for your interest in Torbank School. If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
